I provide talk therapy to women ages 18+ dealing with stressors related to adjustment to changes in life. I specifically enjoy working with that identify as mixed race, multiracial, and/or BIPOC. Many women of mixed race, such as myself, struggle with identity and self-esteem issues that stem from childhood experiences. I like to help women of mixed race feel confident in embracing all sides of themselves and build their self-confidence.

 

 

 

CBT & ERP Therapy for Anxiety Disorders

I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention to treat OCD and anxiety disorders and to help you conquer your fears and get back to the life that OCD has taken from you. These sessions are extremely structured and involve daily homework assignments. The homework and daily exposures are critical to your success. The goal of this specific type of treatment is to have you start to see relief from your symptoms in about 6-12 sessions and is meant to be a short term treatment. Treatment works best when sessions are being held at least 2x a week. 

Life happens and sometimes plans have to change. I get that! If you need to reschedule your appointment please call 24 hours in advance to schedule another time.  If you are unable to cancel before 24 hours, you will be considered a "no show." If you are more than 15 minutes late, this is also considered a no-show. The first no-show fee is waived and any subsequent missed appointments will result in a charge of 100% of the total hourly rate ($150 for individual and $250 for couples.)

During the initial intake we will ask that a credit or debit card is placed on file in the event of a no-show.
